Responsibilities

• Careline handling support and customer case logging
• Customer follow-up coordination with dealers and internal departments
• Customer satisfaction monitoring and complaint tracking
• Compilation and consolidation of nationwide DCRE scorecard data
• Preparation of reports, analysis, and presentation materials
• Administrative support for Customer Relations operations

Qualifications:

• 6 months internship duration starting from June 2026 onwards.
• Friendly with good attitude and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
• Studying Degree in Business Administration/Business Management or Customer Service-related background or equivalent.

Work Location: In person
