Responsibilities

Job Summary:**

As a Sales Consultant, ASB at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) products to new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively identify and approach potential customers to introduce ASB products and services.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate ASB investment solutions.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about ASB products, including features, benefits, risks, and terms and conditions.
  • Assist customers with ASB application processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets for ASB products.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to ASB.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities to generate leads and increase product awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints effectively and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, particularly Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers effectively.
  • Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Possession of relevant licenses/certifications (e.g., PCE, CEILI) will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Customer-centric with a professional and positive attitude.
