Software Developer

Develop and support applications using C++, Java, and NTT COBOL.

Work on banking and payment-related systems such as Base24-eps, UPF, OCM24, Cards, and Consumer Banking systems.

Write and maintain shell scripts for build, deployment, and automation activities.

Use Linux commands for file management, process monitoring, service checking, and troubleshooting.

Install, configure, support, and troubleshoot applications across different environments.

Review vendor-delivered code to ensure it follows coding standards, clean code practices, and security guidelines.

Work closely with QA testers to debug issues, improve performance, and ensure system reliability.

Perform first-level troubleshooting for system issues, application errors, and program defects.

Check system logs, application logs, services, and runtime issues to identify root causes.

Support incident resolution and escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams when required.

Maintain clear technical documentation, configuration records, troubleshooting steps, and known issue logs.

Work with development, infrastructure, testing, and support teams to deliver quality solutions on time.
