Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Putrajaya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable financial solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with team members to promote and cross-sell AEON Credit’s range of financial and insurance products.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, credit services, or insurance solutions
  • Customer service orientation with an aptitude for understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team, showing initiative and adaptability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services or sales roles is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Preferably :Sales oriented person with a proven sales record and positive attitude.
