Accounts Executive – Accounts Payable (AP)
About the Role
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to build a solid career in finance? We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable (AP) Executive to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will manage our daily AP operations, ensure financial accuracy, and play a key part in maintaining strong relationships with our vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Invoice & Payment Management: Oversee end-to-end daily AP operations, including verifying, coding, and processing vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
- Timely Disbursements: Ensure all payments to suppliers and staff are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Reconciliation & Dispute Resolution: Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and proactively investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain systematic, proper documentation and filing of all financial records for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Month-End Support: Assist the finance team with month-end closing activities, schedules, and other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Sound basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a plus).
- Attributes: High level of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
- Mindset: A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, or Oracle) is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
