Job Description

• Deliver technical presentations and product briefings to customers and partners.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to support sales opportunities.
• Lead training and enablement sessions for partners, end users, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage strategic accounts and qualify new opportunities.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, and translate them into solution proposals, including bill of materials (BOM).
• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including product clarification, implementation guidance, and tender compliance.
• Support the organization of workshops, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Obtain and maintain relevant technical certifications for the company’s product portfolio.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and solutions.

Job Requirements

• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Have Presales experience (IAM, POC, SSO).
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Good stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
