Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Patient Experience
- Greet and assist patients warmly, ensuring a professional and positive clinic experience.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and other patient enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about the clinic's services, treatments, and procedures.
- Assist prospective and existing patients with information on suitable treatment options and clinic offerings.
2. Administrative & Clinic Operations
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and perform cashiering duties accurately.
- Maintain and update patient records, clinic documentation, and inventory records.
- Support daily administrative functions, including filing, data entry, and general office duties.
- Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Adhere to clinic policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and communication guidelines.
3. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with chiropractors and fellow team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient care.
- Assist in coordinating patient flow and appointment schedules throughout the day.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative working environment.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
