Responsibilities
HIRING: ADMIN CUM SALES ASSISTANT
Location: Petaling Jaya
Position: Admin Cum Sales Assistant
Salary: From RM1,800/month (depending on experience)
Probation: 3 Months
Attendance Allowance: RM100/month
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks and filing
Key in data and maintain records
Prepare invoices and related documents
Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp
Assist with sales orders and stock arrangements
Support daily office operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of full-time admin experience
Responsible, punctual and disciplined
Able to work independently
Fast learner and proactive
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
