Full Time Property Marketing - Sales Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in BBGM Tok Bali Development Kelantan - Maukerja

Responsibilities;

-Follow up closely with potential buyers, closing sales, handling sales of property, and compile customers’ documents for loan applications.

-Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information about properties

-Liaise with property agents, buyers, and legal teams as needed.

-Maintain a good filing record system of purchasers file and update into system.

-Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns/ promotional activities/ event / new project launches.

-Create content strategy and coordinate with listing for clients viewing.

-Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, create FB, Tik Tok content and online advertising campaigns

-Staying updated on current industry trends.

-Conducting research on pending, active, and sold listings

-Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by superior.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
