Job Description

Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • To provide clerical support and administrative responsibilities for the marketing department.
  • To prepare monthly report for digital ads spend.
  • Coordination work with internal department as well as suppliers and vendors.
  • Keep track of marketing materials inventory.
  • To distribute leads from websites, social media, and other media platforms.
  • Support internal marketing operations and activities.
  • To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Responsible and ability to work independently.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post.
  • Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of administrative record keeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
