Job Summary:
The Order Processing & Logistics Executive is responsible for handling customer orders, preparing delivery documentation, and coordinating order processing across POSM, retail, and e-commerce channels. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer-specific delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create delivery notes (DN) and gate passes for all orders
- Perform manual DN creation for POSM and e-commerce orders
- Prepare delivery documents in accordance with customer requirements
- Attach and verify supporting documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and price tags
- Create job files for each order based on respective cut-off times
- Update WAL weight information accurately in the system
- Process e-commerce orders during the morning shift
- Assist officers in handling and processing customer orders
- Print Purchase Orders and price tags for orders
- Handle customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- Ensure all order documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in order processing, logistics, or administrative support is an advantage
- Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
- Familiar with delivery documentation such as PO, DO, DN, and gate pass
- Able to handle manual documentation with high accuracy
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet cut-off deadlines
- Basic computer skills and ability to handle multiple order channels
Working Hours:
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (working Saturday : 8.30am - 1.30pm)
- 8.30am - 6.30pm (Saturday off)
- Rotational every week
- 2 working Saturday per month
- Flexibility may be required during peak operational periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
