Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (70%)

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower requisition, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce requirements.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
  • Perform reference checks and assist in salary proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate offer issuance, employment contracts, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and provide regular recruitment status reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external talent sources.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Handling foreign workers hiring and management including working permit application, fomema, onboarding and offboarding.

Administrative Functions (30%)

  • Manage general office administration and facilities coordination.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services.
  • Support company events, meetings, and employee activities.
  • Managing meeting rooms booking, refreshment, office maintenance.
  • Handling office cleaning, security, staff hostel and staff transportation.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and administrative records.
  • Handle other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Foreign Worker Administration.
  • Practical knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Immigration regulations, and foreign worker management procedures.
  • Experience liaising with government authorities, recruitment agencies, and external service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
