Job Summary:
The Sales Supports manages the end-to-end sales process within the FMCG and food sector, ensuring accurate order handling, efficient coordination with production, and timely delivery. This role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency, meeting high-volume demand, and ensuring product availability while upholding food industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Collect and centralize Purchase Orders (POs) from sales representatives, distributors, key accounts, and retail partners.
- Verification: Verify the accuracy of POs, including SKUs, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
- Coordination: Consolidate confirmed POs and submit them to the production and supply chain teams for fulfillment planning.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock availability, batch requirements, and shelf-life considerations before finalizing orders.
- Logistics Tracking: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track deliveries, ensuring temperature-sensitive or perishable products reach customers on time.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly address delivery discrepancies, shortages, or damages to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of sales orders, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales support or order management, preferably within the FMCG or Food Industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate between departments.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
