Full Time Technical Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in SSRV (M) Selangor - Maukerja

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities involving electrical, mechanical, civil, plumbing, and building services systems.
• Monitor and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed according to approved maintenance plans.
• Attend to and coordinate corrective maintenance works and emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Lead, supervise, and provide technical guidance to technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with statutory regulations, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of external contractors and service providers.
• Ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance operations.
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor maintenance costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and provide technical updates when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, equipment history, permits, and service reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
• Support facility improvement projects, renovations, and asset replacement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or property management.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience managing maintenance personnel.
• Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, industrial facilities, or integrated facilities management environments is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
