CRM – Key Responsibility
1. CRM System & Data Management
· Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of customer records in the CRM system.
- Maintain and manage the RPSI portal, ensuring data is accurate, updated and accessible.
· Perform routine data cleaning to maintain data quality.
· Manage basic CRM configuration such as updating field, tags, workflows and communication template.
- Monitor CRM data.
- Manage RPS-I portal access, including account creation, deactivation and permissions control.
2. Internal User Support
- Resolve basic technical or operational issues related to CRM usage.
- Answer calls and respond to emails from investors professionally and promptly.
- Prepare user guides, manuals or quick reference notes for easier CRM use.
- Train new users on basic CRM functions and processes.
- Ensure all users adhere to CRM protocols and standard procedures.
3. Customer Interaction Tracking & Documentation
- Track customer interactions, inquiries and complaints in the RPSi portal.
- Ensure all customer actions and feedback are properly documented.
- Handle sensitive customer information securely and confidentially.
- Organize and maintain hardcopy and softcopy data for easy access and compliance.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly or monthly reports based on CRM data.
- Create basic dashboards to monitor investor inquiry.
- Support management with reports on investor inquiry.
5. General Administration & Process Improvement
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflows.
- Review and improve internal processes to optimize CRM usage.
- Maintain digital filing of contracts, forms and CRM-related documents.
Perform other administrative tasks related to CRM as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
