Job Summary

Responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, promote products and services, and support business growth. The role involves content creation, digital marketing, social media management, public relations, event coordination, and marketing campaign execution while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns.
-Develop content for social media, websites, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
-Manage and update company social media platforms and digital channels.
-Coordinate advertising, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
-Organize corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.
-Prepare press releases, media materials, and corporate communications.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and analyses.
-Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
-Ensure all communications comply with company branding and corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, branding, or public relations are preferred.
-Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or related fields are an added advantage.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content management systems.
-Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe -Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software is an advantage.
-Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
