Customer Service Officer – Celebrity Fitness Endah Parade

As a Customer Service Officer at Celebrity Fitness, U serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your responsibilities include greeting members, managing check-ins, handling inquiries, assisting with membership registrations and renewals, scheduling appointments, and providing information about gym facilities, classes, and promotions.

You are responsible for maintaining the reception area, handling phone calls and administrative tasks, processing payments, and addressing member concerns professionally and efficiently. You will work closely with the sales, fitness, and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. Through strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, you help create a friendly and supportive environment that enhances member satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist members and visitors.
• Manage member check-ins and registrations.
• Handle inquiries, phone calls, and emails.
• Process memberships, renewals, and payments.
• Provide information on fitness programs, classes, and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate member records and administrative documentation.
• Support daily club operations and ensure a positive member experience.
