Job Responsibilities
- Process and manage online orders from e-commerce platforms
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Assist in product uploading, product updates, and stock monitoring
- Coordinate with warehouse and retail team for stock availability
-Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products
- Monitor and update order status and tracking information
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and basic online support
- Support live sales, promotional campaigns, and online activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area
- Assist in daily e-commerce operational tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn
- Responsible, organized, and attentive to details
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and time management skills
- Experience in e-commerce platforms or retail operations is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Working Hours: 1:00PM - 9:30PM (6 days per week)
