Responsibilities
Job Description:
1. Maintain, update and improve the Halal Assurance System documents (HAS), Food Safety Management System documents (FSMS) in compliance with MS1500:2019, MS1480:2019, MS1514:2022, ISO************* standards.
2. Coordinate and report internal and external HALAL and HACCP audits.
3. Verify daily quality control (QC) reports and supplier certifications.
4. Monitor production and operational compliance including pest control and machinery calibration and service.
5. Ensure timely update of HACCP documents (CCP, BMR, OPRP)
6. Conduct daily end product Quality Control
7. Issue invoice for customer orders
8. Pack online orders
Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Have understanding of FSMS/HAS, GMP, and HACCP frameworks.
2. Good knowledge of HALAL compliance and food safety management systems.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Detail-oriented with good reporting and documentation skills.
6. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Additional Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Halal Management, Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, Production or related field.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
