Full Time Procurement cum Accounts Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in N-Wave Selangor - Maukerja

Procurement Support

• Liaise and goods ordering with supplier – verifies qualification of orders.

• PO, DO & Shipping Invoice Issuing – carries out all necessary procurement activities.

• Ensures the proper processing of assigned customers’ orders.

• Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors.

• Store room movement monitoring and reconciliation.

• Contact point for material / goods procurements / and outsourcing activities.

• Handle materials quality issues and wastage.

• To do a proper escalation on material shortage issues.

• Perform daily stock receiving, inspecting and distributing of consumables / spare parts / tools.

• Ad-hoc duties as assign from time to time.

Financial Administration

• Prepare purchase requisition and purchase order

• Liaise with supplier and subcontractors

• Verify delivery order and invoices

• Do monthly stock count

• Prepare invoices to customer and follow up payments

Requirements;

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline

• Minimum 2 years experienced in procurement, preferably in an engineering/construction project environment.

• Meticulous and systematic

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, sub-contractors and customers

• Fast learner and a great team player

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
