About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Instagram-savvy KOL Specialist to join our team. Where you’ll be at the forefront of influencer/KOL collaboration discovering the right voices, building meaningful partnerships, and driving impactful campaigns that elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and categorize Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various industries and communities.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends across TikTok platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, including outreach and long-term engagement.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, compensation, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Collaborate with KOLs to develop creative content and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and engage relevant influencers/KOLs.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for content and branding.
