Responsibilities:

You will work with the technical team to provide technical solutions for the Architecture engineering, to deliver high-performance infrastructure that ensures reliability, scalability, and safety.

• Working on the test fit and concept level planning to make 'Master Plan' complying to local bylaws and standards for Data Centre projects.
• Lead, prepare, and submit quality solution proposal based on RFP documents received from customer and ensure compliance to technical requirements and specifications.
• Manage and organize design review meetings with internal stakeholders and vendors/contractors to finalize the design solution for implementation.
• Tackle solution challenges arising from project implementation and work with internal stakeholders to resolve them on a timely basis.
• Review of DD (Due Diligence) reports and coordinate with internal stakeholder or external agency for required updates if any.
• Preparation and review of permit packages for multiple authority submissions in ref to the specific requirements and coordinate with consultants/vendors.
• Preparation of response to customer's RFI and RFPs
• Planning and formulating document delivery strategies; conducting quality checks, value engineering analysis and facilitating inputs at all stages to the internal disciplines and external agencies.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor of Architecture from prominent University with professional experience of 8+ years with proven record in Data Centre projects.
• Proven experience working as Design Architecture with a focus on Data Centers or similar critical projects.
• Strong proficiency in software's for architectural works like Auto CAD, Revit, Archi CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Lumion, V-Ray etc.
• Familiarity with data center-specific standards, architectural requirements and those related to MEPF, power distribution, redundancy, and cooling systems.
• Knowledge of DC industry codes, standards and local regulations.
• Strong attention in detail engineering and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Hands on experience in checking architectural drawings and detailing is must.
• Certifications and registrations/memberships like council of architecture and/or other national or international institutions will be an added advantage.
