SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Provide menus, take orders, and recommend our signature menu items
- Ensure food and beverages are served efficiently and according to standards
- Handle customer payments and ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and excellent dining standards at all times
- Ensure service areas are fully prepared and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Support and guide team members during daily operations
- Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager
KITCHEN SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, standards, and procedures
- Train and guide kitchen team members on food preparation, handling, and safety standards
- Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and minimize food wastage
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
- Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations
- Monitor food quality and report any stock shortages or issues to management
- Conduct regular checks on kitchen areas, equipment, and storage areas
- Ensure all team members follow safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards
- Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in casual dining / F&B industry
- Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage
- Strong leadership skills with a positive working attitude
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Possess B2 / D driving license
