Job Scope

• Oversee the general maintenance and daily operations of the building and surrounding areas to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
• Carry out basic repair and maintenance works, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and minor electrical tasks
• Perform routine inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality
• Execute preventive maintenance and attend to general repair works to maintain building condition and operational efficiency
• Respond to tenants’ maintenance requests promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and support
• Work efficiently under pressure and be willing to support during extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
