About the Role
Intelektis Digital is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team and drive business growth for SyokBill's fintech and digital payment solutions. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who excels in coaching sales teams, developing strategies, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the fintech and BNPL industry.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in fintech, payment solutions, BNPL, or financial services is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
