Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery and stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
