Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with daily cargo booking activities across a range of airline products.
  • Secure and confirm cargo space with airlines, and communicate capacity details to customers.
  • Understand and stay up to date with the requirements of different airline products to provide accurate guidance to customers.
  • Manage booking administration, including entering flight reservations into systems or templates and ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders—customers, warehouses, carriers, customs, and others—to meet shipment requirements.
  • Track and monitor shipment statuses, providing timely updates to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate and complete data is provided for invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Air Freight Export Operations or Air Freight Customer Service within the 3PL industry.
  • Familiarity with the CCN (Cargo Community Network) system is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Open to Singaporean applicants only.
