Responsibilities

• Develop and manage copywriting, proofreading, graphic design, and video production for marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing content, including EDMs, social media, brochures, and presentations.
• Plan and execute trade exhibitions, webinars, and other customer events.
• Oversee website and social media management, including content updates and audience growth.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Monitor competitive positioning and industry trends to refine marketing strategies.
• Lead website registration initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
• Standardize CRM processes and goals for regional consistency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications
• Working in MNC environment will be ideal
