Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Location: Central Singapore

Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Office Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist plastic surgeons in aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures under sterile conditions.
• Prepare and set up operating instruments, equipment, and consumables before each surgery.
• Perform surgical scrubbing, draping, and instrument handling during procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Monitor patients condition pre-, intra-, and post-procedure in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Assist in minor procedures, wound dressing, injections, and post-op care.
• Handle and maintain instruments, ensure proper sterilization and storage after procedures.
• Maintain accurate surgical and patient care documentation.
• Support front-line and administrative duties when required (e.g., patient scheduling, consent forms).
• Participate in staff training, drills, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum 1–2 years of scrub nurse experience (plastic surgery, aesthetic, or day-surgery clinic preferred).
