Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Purposes

  • To create new initiatives for improvement of campaign results and overall performance
  • To liaise with MOs on their overall campaign performance and problem solve on challenges that arise.
  • To book and source for new event sites to be used by marketing offices.
  • To negotiate new collaborative deals and rates with preferential sites for more cost savings towards the organization
  • To analyse and derive findings from data points for the purpose of site understanding and quality monitoring.


Key Responsibilities

Learn & Develop:

  • Developing an understanding of SalesWorks and how events cater towards the overall performance and sustainability of marketing offices and SalesWorks respectively.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as the Marketing Offices Owners& Admins, and internal parties
  • Improve in overall presentation slides to the client during monthly presentations.
  • To develop more in-depth understanding of entire organizational structure and how does event contribute to overall company direction and profitability


Payment tracking

  • To liaise with the accounts department for timely payments to suppliers, vendors, and marketing offices


Weekly Key Tasks:

  • To perform weekly event performance and budget tracking of marketing offices
  • To perform weekly data analysis of individual MO event performance
  • To monitor deposit collection amount from event sites visited
  • To perform site visitation on a weekly basis
  • To assist in any additional duties when required.


Key Requirements

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in any field; preferably with 2 years’ experience in sales support/event management
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing business environment.
  • Able to take up new projects in a short notice.
  • Able to travel when required.
  • Show a very “can-do” attitude.
