Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Device Sales Executive role based in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Medical Device Sales Executive will develop and manage a portfolio of healthcare customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centers, to drive adoption of the company’s medical technologies. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, presenting clinical and technical benefits, managing the sales pipeline, and executing the full sales process from lead generation to closing. The role involves maintaining strong account relationships, providing after-sales support, gathering market insights, and collaborating with internal teams to refine product positioning. The Medical Device Sales Executive will also prepare sales reports, participate in marketing and training activities, and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Strong Medical Sales and Medicine knowledge to understand clinical needs and effectively communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in Sales Processes and Account Management to build pipelines, manage key accounts, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Capability in Product Demonstration to present device features, clinical applications, and usage techniques clearly and confidently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels in healthcare settings.
  • Proven experience in medical device or healthcare-related sales is highly preferred; familiarity with local healthcare markets is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, organize territory activities, and travel to customer sites as required.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, online presentations) and preparation of accurate sales documentation and reports.
