Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Administration role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Executive Administration professional will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. Responsibilities also cover maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical), handling confidential information with discretion, and supporting document preparation for design, project, and business operations.


Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document handling.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with digital filing systems and basic data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence, reports, and presentations clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work accurately with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior leaders, team members, clients, and external partners.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Relevant administrative experience in a professional services, architecture, design, or construction environment is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
