Role Description

We are seeking an Insurance Specialist Operations professional for a contract position located on-site in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will:

• Support insurance product distribution with partners & cross-functional teams
• Use data and analytics to improve operational processes
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Work closely with Finance, Payments & FP&A teams on end-to-end insurance operations
• Partner with Customer Experience teams for product training, issue resolution & claims support
• Manage claims processing and enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance or experience in fintech/financial service
• Familiarity with financial processes and principles related to the insurance industry
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaborations
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A degree in a related field such as Insurance, Finance, or Business Administration
