Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of marketing strategies, conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives, managing campaigns, and coordinating projects. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing activities aligned with the company’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proficiency in market research and analysis, with the ability to derive insights from competitive landscapes and consumer behaviour
• Experience supporting the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels
• Hands-on experience managing and scheduling social media content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience supporting product launch events, in-store activations, and brand collaborations
• Ability to coordinate KOLs, influencers, and external partners for campaign execution
• Strong graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) are highly desirable and a key advantage for this role
• Strong content sensibility with the ability to contribute to brand storytelling and campaign ideas
• Ability to track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights
• Comfortable handling day-to-day marketing operations and administrative support
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or a related field (FMCG or beverage industry experience is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred
