About us

Seavoice AI is the voice AI platform behind enterprise contact centers, including major banks and telcos in the US, Singapore and Malaysia. We build AI agents that handle real customer conversations in production - triaging issues, resolving them, and escalating to humans when needed.


Our co-founders are Kai Song (Forbes 30 Under 30, ex-McKinsey London, Cambridge ML researcher) and Jay (pioneered AI for Maybank's corporate treasury, built models for deals over $1B).


The Role

You'll own AI agent deployments end to end. That means:

  • Working directly with customers to understand their workflows, then building and shipping the agents - prompts and evals - before they go live.
  • Handling stakeholder communication, from scoping the problem to assessing integrations with systems by collaborating with engineers
  • Watching agents run in production and improving them based on what you actually see.
  • Feeding what you learn back to our product and engineering team, so the platform gets better with every deployment.


In your first month, you'll likely embed with one of our enterprise customers and own their deployment end-to-end. By month six, you'll be running multiple deployments in parallel and shaping how we deliver across new customers.


What we're looking for

  • A management consulting background where you learned to break down a business problem and drive a project to delivery.
  • Experience on technical or digital projects, so you know how to work with engineers and product people: you can translate between business and tech without getting lost on either side.
  • Strong stakeholder management. You can hold your own in front of customers, whether that's a bank CIO or a contact center operations manager, and keep everyone aligned through a deployment.
  • You think in systems. Given a customer's problem, you can map the flow, the edge cases, and the failure modes before anything gets built.
  • A genuine passion for tech outside of work. You're the kind of person who got curious and started tinkering with different AI tools on your own - building prompts, testing agents, seeing what breaks.
