About us
Seavoice AI is the voice AI platform behind enterprise contact centers, including major banks and telcos in the US, Singapore and Malaysia. We build AI agents that handle real customer conversations in production - triaging issues, resolving them, and escalating to humans when needed.
Our co-founders are Kai Song (Forbes 30 Under 30, ex-McKinsey London, Cambridge ML researcher) and Jay (pioneered AI for Maybank's corporate treasury, built models for deals over $1B).
The Role
You'll own AI agent deployments end to end. That means:
In your first month, you'll likely embed with one of our enterprise customers and own their deployment end-to-end. By month six, you'll be running multiple deployments in parallel and shaping how we deliver across new customers.
