Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Handle the full spectrum of payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, statutory contributions, deductions, allowances, claims, overtime, and payroll-related documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR initiatives, policies, systems, and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance and counseling to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and workplace practices.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning support, preparation of job descriptions, job advertisements, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate and administer training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills, competency, and career growth.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including appraisal coordination, KPI tracking, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
  • Support the management of disciplinary matters, grievance handling, domestic inquiries, and employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, overtime, personal data, and other HR documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Review employment practices, compensation, benefits, and working conditions to ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations.
  • Review and verify employees’ monthly claims, overtime records, attendance, and payroll-related data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, including payroll reports, manpower reports, production reports, and labor cost analysis for management review.
  • Coordinate and arrange employee training, awareness programs, and compliance-related activities to meet Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Department on audits, inspections, compliance matters, and incident investigations.

Administration Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, office premises, and company motor vehicles to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure adequate and appropriate insurance coverage for company properties, equipment, and vehicles, including timely renewals and claims coordination.
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses, including stationery, office supplies, sundries, vehicle maintenance, and office equipment maintenance costs.
  • Coordinate and manage company licenses, permits, registrations, and related applications, ensuring timely renewal and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain systematic documentation, filing, and record management systems for both HR and administrative functions to ensure proper organization and easy retrieval of records.
