Responsibilities
Driving Deal Wins & Pipeline for Client POC & Migration programs and the Client's Partner programs.
Identify deals by engaging and training the Client Cloud sellers on GCP alliance value prop - be Partners number 1 spokesperson.
Proactively identify Sales Deals by engaging and training the Client Cloud sellers (FSR/PDM/PSM) on the GCP alliance value prop.
Manage external partner relationships and resolving issues.
Manage Client Cloud Field Sales Reps (FSRs, Partner Sales Reps (PSM) and GCP sellers relationships and resolve issues.
Track and report on partner performance, including partner sales, partner leads, and partner satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, finance, accounting, and partner ecosystem, to ensure that the Client Cloud’s partner program is successful.
Weekly sync with vendors to track performance and operations.
Handling change management and stakeholder management.
Operational excellence and workflow improvement.
Effective resolution based approach.
Who are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years project and vendor management experience.
Candidates with strong Inside Sales experience from Hyperscale and GSI Background will be added advantage
Tech savvy with understanding of Cloud and other hardware products.
Experience working with global & national partners in a channel sales environment.
Background in managing reimbursements, high value fund transactions.
Experience in managing external partner relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Driving Annual Deal Wins $ & Pipeline targets.
Driving Alliance sales programs & marketing activities in the region.
Making sure 100% compliance is achieved during sales activities.
Supporting Alliance sales & marketing activities in the region.
