Work from Home Quality Assurance Analyst (KYC) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,500 in RiDiK Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities：

1. Perform structured quality reviews of identity verification cases (document and biometric)to assess decision accuracy and identify errors, process gaps, and system limitations

2. Deliver high-quality assessment results on a consistent cadence, meeting weekly andmonthly review volume requirements

3. Lead trend analysis and internal reporting on key accuracy drivers, surfacing actionableinsights to improve verification quality and user experience

4. Triage and coordinate resolution of user-reported identity verification issues, includingroot cause investigation, theme categorisation, and routing to the right stakeholders

5. Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams — including Product, Operations, andEngineering — to improve verification quality, workflows, and system performance

6. Proactively support broader identity initiatives and embed quality measurement practicesinto day-to-day operational processes

Requirement:

1. 2–4 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or compliance review — ideallyin identity verification, KYC onboarding, or fraud operations

2. Familiarity with identity verification concepts: document authenticity, biometric face match,liveness detection, and associated policy checks

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, root causes, and actionableinsights from large review volumes

4. Comfortable working with data and reporting tools; experience with dashboards is a plus

5. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to apply structured rubrics consistently andat scale

6. Clear, concise written and verbal communication in English — able to distil complex casefindings into crisp reporting for both operational and leadership audiences

7. Well-organised and self-driven, with the ability to manage recurring workflows, meet SLA commitments, and operate with a high degree of autonomy

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
