Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance while working alongside experienced professionals. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, attentive to detail, and possesses a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records in the accounting system accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of a full set of accounts.
• Support the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial reconciliation reports.
• Assist with daily accounting operations, transactions, and bookkeeping activities.
• Provide support for financial implementations, process improvements, and special projects.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation when required.
• Perform ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum internship duration of three (3) months.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
