About the Role

Macro Corporate Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on promoting our AI seminar programs, engaging with potential participants, and converting leads into successful seminar enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce the company's AI seminar programs to prospective participants.
• Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
• Convert inquiries into successful seminar registrations.
• Explain seminar benefits, objectives, and value proposition clearly to potential participants.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
• Maintain and update sales records and lead databases.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Confident in interacting with clients and potential participants.
• Sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development experience is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
