Key Responsibility

Copywriting & Creative Strategy

• Translate complex marketing goals into simple, emotional storylines for posters, event materials, and video creatives.
• Develop creative storylines and write scripts for videos, KOL collaborations, and events that resonate with the target audience.
• Craft distinct messaging for different audience segments (e.g., age, location, or interests) to ensure the copy feels personal and relevant.
• Ensure that all marketing copy maintains a consistent tone of voice across different platforms (Social Media, Web, and Print).
• Act as the creative bridge between the Advertising, Social Media, and KOL teams to craft unified, high-impact marketing campaigns.

On-Ground Execution

• Lead on-ground shooting projects, including coordinating with KOLs or spokespersons and providing on-set direction to ensure the vision is captured.
• Prepare necessary scripts, storyboards, and props to ensure smooth execution during photoshoots and video shoots.

Asset Management & Data Optimization

• Review weekly reports to analyze creative metrics and use those insights to improve future work.
• Proactively refresh "fatigued" creatives with new copy or visual tweaks based on performance data.
• Maintain a structured system for all content assets, raw footage, and edited materials to ensure they are organized and reusable for future projects.

Requirement

• 3 - 5 years in Copywriting or Creative Production, specifically for Digital Performance Marketing.
• Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and how to tailor copy and creative for TOFU/MOFU/BOFU.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
