Primary Objective
Head the development and implementation of total rewards, performance management and organization design to ensure competitive total rewards policy, induce a high-performance culture and a flexible right-fit organization design & structure to realize RHB’s short-term and long-term HR strategies.
Job Description
Rewards
• Strategize the development, implementation and review of RHB’s total rewards package & salary competitiveness within the banking industry to attract, motivate and retain highly effective performers to meet the organization’s business needs.
• Formulate the framework for RHB’s annual increment & performance bonus for the workforce in line with the organization’s business performance and growth.
• Drive the design, evaluation and review of RHB’s benefits policies to ensure competitive advantage and prevalence aligned with the organization’s philosophy.
• Advise and provide recommendation on talent retention cases to circumvent loss of critical talent.
• Drive the review and implementation of expatriate management policies to ensure alignment with RHB’s business requirements.
Performance Management
• Strategize the design, implementation and monitoring of a robust performance management system to inspire a high-performance culture in the organization which empowers RHB and its workforce to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Provide strategic advisory and guidance on RHB’s performance management framework to stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
• Drive the benchmarking of best practices in performance management across industries to update RHB’s processes and policies.
• Collaborate with senior management & business leaders to promote and encourage a high-performance and feedback culture within RHB.
