Keep our retail environment safe and operational. We are looking for a hands-on maintenance professional to handle daily upkeep at Plaza Low Yat.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to ensure security coverage across the branch.

- Perform routine electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Complete daily task logs and pending reports for management review.

- Compile monthly preventive maintenance compliance reports per branch.

- Set up roadshow areas and coordinate with contractors for electrical installations.

- Execute touch-up painting and minor repairs as needed.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in building maintenance, especially CCTV and electrical work.

- Basic knowledge of painting and repair techniques.

- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills for contractor coordination.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
