Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Crimson Power Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Contract (Tendering & Estimating)

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and forecast costs for materials, labour, plant, and equipment.
• Prepare tender documents, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
• Source, analyse, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Assist in tender submissions and contract negotiations.

Post-Contract (Cost & Contract Management)

• Monitor and control project costs to ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
• Measure and value completed work on-site and prepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and progress claims.
• Assess, evaluate, and negotiate variations, change orders, and compensation events.
• Prepare cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage subcontractor payments and final account settlements.
• Negotiate and finalize project accounts with contractors, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in preparing BoQ, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
