About the Role
The company is looking for a responsible, committed, and proactive Account Executive cum General Administration Executive to support both the Company's accounting and administrative functions. This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and work closely with the Directors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare and issue Payment Vouchers (PV).
- Verify invoices, quotations, claims, and supporting documents before payment processing.
- Process supplier payments, reimbursements, and staff claims.
- Issue invoices, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
- Assist with month-end closing and preparation of accounting schedules.
- Support auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external parties by preparing required documents and records.
- Ensure finance documents are properly organized, filed, and traceable.
- Prepare letters, reports, forms, agreements, and internal documents.
- Maintain company records, files, and databases.
- Monitor stationery, office supplies, and administrative inventory.
- Assist with document submissions, renewals, and applications with external parties.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and administrative schedules.
- Support HR, Operations, and Management with administrative matters.
- Handle data entry, document scanning, filing, and record maintenance.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Directors and Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in preparing Payment Vouchers (PV) and handling payment processing.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
- Is highly responsible, committed, and dependable.
- Has a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Is proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Is comfortable working directly under the Directors.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
