JOB RESPONSIBILITY

i. Monitor daily car park operation/activities at car park including traffic and crowd movements and operate the car park system equipment.

ii. Carry out patrol duties at car park area and resolve problem where it arises.

iii. Respond to enquiries from and provide assistance to the public.

iv. Responding to fault requests by clients

v. Check from time to time parking area to ensure smooth entry and exit of vehicles.

i. Record in log book on any accident/incident, manual collection (if any), etc.

ii. Additional duties related to car park operation shall be assigned from time to time.

iii. Ensure a safe, hazard free, tidy clean and organized parking environment.

iv. Identifying faults or hazards in parking systems; Troubleshooting parking system failures; Testing of electrical parking system's health. Report to Supervisor (Operation) on any malfunction

v. Conducting 1st-level repairs on faulty systems based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) given.

vi. Adhering to safety and performance standards.

vii. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) Minimum of SPM level qualification/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in PR/Communication/Marketing or related fields.

2) Minimum 1 -2 years working experience and must be willing to work on Shift

3) Own Transport

4) Familiar and understands the operations of all parking-related equipment at the car park is an added advantage.

5) Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Words)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
