Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to logistics, supply chain operations, customer service support, and administrative functions. You will gain practical experience in import documentation, order processing, shipment coordination, and inventory-related activities while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily logistics, supply chain, and administrative operations.
  • Assist with logistics and customer service documentation.
  • Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to monitor shipment status and delivery updates.
  • Support import and shipping documentation processes.
  • Assist in processing Sales Orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Verify supplier documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Packing Lists (PL), Invoices, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
  • Compile and organize supplier and customer documentation for operational and audit purposes.
  • Assist in ensuring Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) are accurately matched against relevant documents.
  • Support data entry and order processing activities within the SAP system.
  • Maintain proper filing and record management of Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and related documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports and updating sales-related records when required.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and handling incoming inquiries.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the team or management.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley.
