About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations, providing exposure to financial reporting, bookkeeping, data analysis, and day-to-day finance activities. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while developing practical skills in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance and Accounting team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Work with accounting and bookkeeping software to process and maintain records.
• Compile, analyze, and track financial data as required.
• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and integrity.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and assignments to gain broader exposure to accounting and business operations.
• Learn and support various aspects of finance, accounting, and office administration.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance and active involvement in extracurricular activities are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 to 6 months.
