Role Summary
This role is to analyse, design & implement info systems to meet business requirements, provide expert guidance & support to clients & project teams.

Job Description

• Gather and document detailed client requirements and system specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive system analysis and design tasks.
• Lead the implementation and testing of system solutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Provide expert technical support to end-users and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and support junior system analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in system analysis or a related field.
• Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in database management and software development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
