What would you do?

The Intern, Communications & Sustainability will primarily support the execution of corporate communications initiatives, including content development, internal communications, and PR-related activities, while also assisting the Sustainability team in driving CSR initiatives and sustainability storytelling. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate communications and brand storytelling, while offering exposure to sustainability strategy and impact-driven initiatives across the organization.

Communications

PR & Campaign Support:

• Assist in preparing PR materials including press releases, talking points, media briefs, and announcements.
• Support execution of communication campaigns, product launches, and key corporate initiatives.
• Help coordinate media-related activities and internal stakeholder communications.
• Monitor media coverage, social trends and industry developments for reporting and insights.

Events & Engagement:

• Support planning and execution of internal events (e.g., townhalls, campaigns, activations).
• Assist in documenting events (basic photography, videography, or write-ups).

Content Development & Internal Communications:

• Draft and support development of content for internal communications, LinkedIn and other digital platforms: Newsletters, announcements, and campaign materials
• Assist in creating engaging content that enhances TNG’s corporate brand and employee engagement.
• Support the research and development of communication materials such as presentations, speeches, and event write-ups.

Sustainability

CSR & Programs Support:

• Assist in planning and execution of CSR programs and volunteering initiatives.
• Support coordination with internal stakeholders, NGO partners, and vendors.

Sustainability Communications:

• Support development of sustainability-related content (e.g., CSR stories, impact highlights, campaign narratives).
• Assist in integrating sustainability messaging into internal and external communication channels.

Research & Reporting Support:

• Conduct basic research on sustainability trends, initiatives, and benchmarking.
• Assist in tracking sustainability data and maintaining documentation for reporting purposes.

Administrative & Coordination Support

• Provide logistical and coordination support for both communications and sustainability activities.
• Maintain documentation and records of campaigns, events, and CSR initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team.
